Hi Gail! We have double layer. Our fabric is anti-microbial and the 2 layers give a really good filtration. But for sure is not medical grade.

Hi glad to see your masks made in USA…Question….I taught Infection Control to dentists and dental students for years (I am a now Retired DDS) the 2 times it was required to change masks is between patients and “WHEN THEY GET MOIST”
I am looking for a mask somehow minimize moisture accumulation (i.e. filter paper that could be removed and replaced when moist from the mouth) Maybe even a coffee filter for my homemade mask.
